I am in love with Sonic Youth not only for their music but their participation in the art community and the member's constant collaborations with such artists as Cat Power, Jim O'Rourke, Yoko Ono, DJ Spooky, and Courtney Love.
Kim Gordon has always been my favorite which is why I am posting about her new book called Performing/Guzzling. It is full of paintings, photographs and written word and will be released March 23rd. I can't wait to check it out.
